Safes are intended to be public. The website currently has two (likely related) limitations:

It seems you cannot view Safes without importing them. For instance, with a fresh browser, I should be able to see Safe A, but I have to "Add Existing Safe" in order to browse the details.

Secondly, one cannot browse multiple safes (presumably related to the first issue). We need to administer two different Safes, and when we "Add Existing Safe" for Safe A, we're unable to browse Safe B.
